How do we create a culture of belonging in our organizations so everyone can thrive? First, we must learn to leverage our social power to elevate and support others. Using Cultural Connections by Design's (CCBD's) proprietary learning tool, this fun, interactive gamification session will explore social identities, their associated powers, and most importantly, our responsibility in utilizing them to create organizational change.

Dr. Robinson was to have led an earlier version of this program at our 2020 Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City. When that meeting moved to a virtual meeting format, her presentation was adjusted to work in a virtual setting. We are pleased to be able to offer this program in person, especially given the theme of the 2023 Annual Meeting.

Registration is required for this program and will be opening soon. However, thanks to Dr. Robinson's generosity - the program will be offered at no cost with a limit of 80 people.
